My printer is displaying a "Service Required 13" message on the front display panel. What does this message indicate?

Service Required 13 indicates a failure of the Fusing Unit on your Elite XL20. The permanent solution to this error is the replacment of your Fuser. You can order a replacement fuser directly from GCC by contacting our Support Center M-F 9:00 - 7:00 ET at 781-276-8620. Please have the following information available.
- Serial Number of your Printer - Printer Page Count - Date of Purchase
You may be able to temporarily correct this error by turning off the printer and letting it cool down for 10-15 minutes then turn it back on again.
